Before you start following steps to make sure that;

·         Parental controls are off. If parental controls are turned on, some apps are also restricted. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap on the Settings, after that tap Parental Controls. If parental controls are on, tap off then enter your parental controls password (this is completely different from your lock screen password or PIN).
·         Your device is connected to a wireless network. Check the status of your wireless connection. If your device isn’t connected to a wireless network, you can’t shop, purchase or transfer content, or sync your device.
·         Your device is synced. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings, then tap sync and Check for brand new items to confirm that your device is synced with the newest updates and content downloads.
·         Your payment method should be valid. Your payment method could have been invalid when you purchased the content, which would prevent the content from syncing or opening on your device. From Manage Your Content and Devices, move to Settings. Below Kindle Payment Settings, choose Edit Payment method to view or update your 1-Click payment settings.

Step 1: Check the status of your order. Visit to Your Digital Orders and verify that if the orders have been completed.

Step 2: Force Stop the App. To quickly force stop an app from any screen except the home screen, swipe from the options bar to the middle of the screen, so swipe to find the app you would like to stop. Drag the App icon from the quick Switch panel to the center of your screen and then Force Stop the App.

Step 3: If you are using a third-party app, try re-downloading the app to your device. From Home, tap Apps. Press and hold the app you would like to remove, so tap Delete from Device. Tap Store to go to the Amazon App-store and then find the app you deleted. From the app’s detail page, tap download.

Step 4: Repurchase the content if necessary. If your payment method was invalid at the time you bought the content, you’ll need to repurchase the title to be able to utilize it. Your payment method can only be charged for the content purchased, one time.

Step 5: Restart your device. Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds or till the device restarts automatically. If your device restarts automatically before 40 seconds which is passed, then you must release the power button. If your device doesn’t automatically restart after 40 seconds, press the power button to turn it on.
