Open the browser then enter the page www.roku.com.
Click on “My account” which is on the right side of the page
to the top.
Enter your email address and password then click on “Sign
in” which is in blue color box.
Then you will be log in to your roku account.

Roku will send you password reset information check your
mail box.
Open the new tab then open your mail box. Open the mail that
you received from roku.

Enter your new password that you want to use while log in.
Re-enter the password again and click on “Submit” which is
in blue color box.
After clicking on submit your password will be successfully reset and you can log in to your account using the new password. You can use your account whenever you want.
